Make Your Own Damn Art World is presented by mima (Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art) with the artist Bob & Roberta Smith – a day of selling, exhibiting, creating, meeting and playing. This one- day event is open to all artists, galleries, organisations and anyone interested in the arts and forms part of mima’s pre-opening programme.

Graduations and Screenings in Skinningrove

This week in Skinningrove screenings of 4 new animations took place. The participants were presented with certificates and a 1 gig USB memory stick by Community Media Coordinator, Steve Thompson who had led the 5 week series of “Digital Discovery” workshops. A great evening was had in the packed venue and at the end Dr Ashok Kumar spoke enthusiastically about the work he had seen.
