(Ivy) Nunn received from her grandparents Thomas and Dorothy Knaggs on her
13th birthday in 1906. Likely
the photo was taken sometime earlier than that the hollyhocks are in
bloom. |

Current
occupant of number 2 Railway Cottages, Mark, (bove) looks at a picture of
his house roughly 100 years younger. He tells us that when he did some
work recently he found coins under the old step to the house (right)
